At Marcon Homes, we aim to accommodate customer requirements both prior to, and after the purchase of a new home.
All new build properties are covered by a 10 year structural NHBC guarantee. Upon completion of the sale there is a full snagging inspection followed up with a 6 month inspection.
It is important to us that the purchaser remains satisfied with their new home after moving in. Should the purchaser have any concerns or requests regarding their new home, we will endeavour to help.
